Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (Online Customers Only)

Boss Xtend LLC will process orders between 1-2 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will have to have the hair back in our possession before refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and saleable condition for refund. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not refund without original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a refund.

Boss Xtend LLC reserve the right to cancel your order and / or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.

If information given by customer is deemed fraudulent

If purchase made under fraudulent activities Boss Xtend LLC reserves the right to prosecute
